Who we are

Maui Cruise Tours is operated by Experience Hawaiʻi, State of Hawaiʻi PUC certificate 4504-C, based in Kahului, Maui. For anything on this page, text or call us at (808) 856-6318.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry through our forms: your name, email, phone number, ship and date, the tour you are interested in, and your message. Our form provider also records the IP address the form was sent from, which helps us filter spam.
• When you text or call us: your phone number and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you book and pay: your name, email, phone, tour date and payment. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• When you browse the site: cookies and similar technology from our advertising partners, described below.

How we use it

To answer your questions, confirm availability, plan and run your tour, take payment, send you the details you need before your sailing, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

• Netlify hosts this website and receives our enquiry forms.
• Stripe processes card payments.
• Google provides the fonts on this site and our advertising tools.
• Microsoft provides advertising tools for Bing search.

Advertising cookies and remarketing

We use the Google Ads tag and the Microsoft Advertising tag on this site. They place cookies that tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send an enquiry, text us or book — that is how we know which ads are worth paying for.

We also use them for remarketing: if you have visited our site, Google or Microsoft may show you our ads again later on their search engines and partner sites. Many people plan a cruise months ahead, and this helps us stay findable when you come back to it.

You can turn off personalised ads from Google at myadcenter.google.com, turn off personalised ads from Microsoft at account.microsoft.com/privacy/ad-settings, opt out of many advertising networks at optout.networkadvertising.org, or block and clear cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to answer you and run your tour, and afterwards for normal accounting and tax records.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons. Text or call (808) 856-6318.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
